D-O is a small, one-wheeled droid first appearing in Star Wars: Episode 9 – The Rise of Skywalker.

This droid was initially discovered on the junk planet of Pasaana. Found in a deactivated state and in need of repair, D-O was revived by BB-8 and the Resistance.

D-O has a limited vocabulary and speaks in beeps and whistles, similar to other droids. He is notable for his insecurity and lack of confidence, often echoing and agreeing with the statements of others.

Once activated D-O assists the resistance in their mission by providing vital information.
